The reasons I'd recommend him and work with him again are the speed and transparency of his communication, patience and thoroughness addressing questions/concerns, and the ownership he and his team takes and the ease that gave us. Communication - Jack communicated really well with us and just as well with the seller and other parties involved with the sale. Due to a physical disability, our needs were quite unique. Jack took the time to understand our specific needs didn't use a cookie cutter approach or push us in any one direction. Thorough - Great suggestions and will be an advocate for you. Jack was onsite for walk-throughs and inspections we couldn't attend and has high standards that we grew to trust. This was our second home purchase and first home sale and it felt nothing short of seamless. Even with all the confusing paperwork and back and forth, Jack is consistently going above and beyond what other realtors would do. If you're serious about jumping in and achieving a successful result, you shouldn't just look to enlist a real estate agent, you should find someone who will be your partner in this wild process. You need someone you can trust, someone who has the expertise, and someone who will help you navigate the ups and downs to come out on top. You will find that partner in Jack. This was my first home buying experience. Given the state of the market, I hope to not have to take a second trip around for a good long while. Thanks to Jack, we locked down the perfect home and I won't have to. Our journey lasted around 4 months and we saw dozens upon dozens of prospective houses. Jack provided wise counsel throughout. He helped us sort through Seattle's messy housing inventory, working to both identify houses that could be homes, and assets that were good investments for our money. He always took our personal desires into account, while providing impartial guidance where necessary. These are all nice words, of course, but here's where the rubber hits the road. We lost the first house we put an offer on, but that was only because Jack helped us understand when to walk away from an out of control bidding war. In our post-mortem, Jack told us that if and when his clients lose their first offer, they often end up finding an even better home for their needs shortly thereafter. He was right. We found the right house and Jack locked it in. We won the second offer we put in, which seems incredibly low by Seattle standards. We beat out 17 other offers and won despite having an escalation clause $50k lower than the other top buyer because Jack knew the tricks to put together a solid offer and maintain momentum even through a second round of bids. We could not be happier with the home we bought. While the Seattle market is far from ideal as a buyer, I think we navigated as best as we possibly could and that is due entirely to Jack.Posted on Zillow

This is the second home I've purchased -the first in Washington. Traveling often for work, Jack was referred to me by a co-worker who moved to WA for work a couple years ago. I was introduced to Jack via an email, talked on the phone later that day, and met up the next day in downtown Edmonds. Jack spent the next several hours with us driving around neighborhoods, sharing his knowledge, and showing us a handful of homes around the different towns, one of which would be our future home. I'm very happy we worked with Jack. He's attentive, responsive and reads the vibe of his clients well; laid back, all while seemingly having way too much energy. Days later, we asked Jack to place an offer on the home. He was patient on the phone with me and answered all of my questions. He then asked if he could start sending me homes to my email that were tailored to my search. I agreed. and from July until we finally moved to Seattle in September he continued to send me listings and continued to check on us every week or so. When we moved here he took us to view a couple of places, recommended an excellent lender to us. When we found a place we liked he even recommended an inspector. We closed on 12/20/19 about 6 months from when we first spoke. Not once did I ever feel pressured by Jack to buy anything, we always felt like he was genuinely trying to help us find the right fit. I truly appreciate how patient he was with me and my questions, as this is our first home, and I had a TON of questions. Yet, he was still patient, yet he always answered when I called/texted.
